The festival is to celebrate the beginning of the long rainy season in Western Washington! Bring a hot-dish and see who wins the “rainy day hot-dish competition,” bring your best rainy-day gear and compete in the rain gear contest, compete to win a dessert with the extremely popular cake walk, and much more!
